“EMILY SAVED MY WEDDING! I can’t say enough good things about Emily! She was extremely understanding and helpful as we rescheduled our wedding during the pandemic. She is always punctual and quick to respond to my multitude of questions, she is respectful of our vision, and helped to execute it to perfection! I changed my wedding from 170 people to 15 due to the pandemic, and even with the reduced number of people, I still HIGHLY recommend to have her be the day-of coordinator, otherwise I would have missed so many nice moments with my family.
During the planning stage, she helped us with plenty of unique ideas, and recommended the most wonderful vendors. We knew we could trust them because they were Emily approved. We also loved how Emily made great efforts to keep the wedding environmentally friendly. On the day of the wedding, she helped everything ran so smoothly, and was wearing a mask the entire time to keep everyone safe. She worked SO hard behind the scenes and helped everyone have a great time.

“Honestly, I never imagined myself getting married. So when my husband and I started planning our vow-exchange ceremony, we knew we needed to bring in an excellent wedding planner.
Emily helped immensely in the months leading up to our wedding. Both my husband and I were finishing our doctoral work, so we couldn’t have had less time to plan and execute a wedding. We were also concerned that our ceremony be extremely personal to us and very comfortable for our guests. Emily came up with cute and unique touches for all aspects of the ceremony and reception, and helped us shape some of our visions into a more doable form.
Just Emily’s help in dealing with our venue made hiring her totally worthwhile. I couldn’t imagine having our ceremony anywhere else, but the staff certainly wasn’t easy to work with. Emily dealt repeatedly with them with infinite professionalism and patience when I probably would have given up after the first few tries.
Since I’d never imagined my wedding, I certainly didn’t have any vendors in mind or any concept of what to plan first. Emily was indispensable in both of these regards. Her extensive network of vendors allowed us to hire top-quality professionals for incredibly low prices. She also regularly stepped in to calm me down about all there was to do and to create reasonable timelines for decisions we needed to make. I never worried that things were left undone or to the last minute.
Emily’s day-of help is also amazing. She advertises that you will feel like a guest at your own wedding and it is absolutely true! My whole family was blown away that they didn’t have to do anything – at my mother’s wedding, her mother and a family friend were left to clean up the entire reception. Not so here – Emily had a complete plan and timeline that worked perfectly. (Or if it didn’t – she managed it silently and gracefully and I haven’t heard about it yet!)
In short, we can’t say enough wonderful things about Emily. She truly loves weddings and making sure you have a beautiful, personalized, stress-free day. She even made the planning process fun. Both of our families couldn’t stop talking about how calm, prepared and professional she was Our wedding was perfect and exactly what we wanted thanks to Emily.”

Emily was our day-of-coordinator, although she really went above and beyond that role and helped recommend people along the way for us to use and checked in on us throughout the planning process. Emily is calm and professional and our day ran so smoothly because of her. We would highly recommend her for any event planning and were so impressed by what a great job she did.”

“Emily was amazing to work with! She performed my day-of-coordination services, and she also helped me out my planning leading up to the wedding. She has tons of wedding experience, and with that, she was able to make the day go as smoothly as possible. The day of, all I had to do was get pampered and drink mimosas until the ceremony! She had everything covered – from handling the vendors that came to set up, to making sure everything and everyone was in their proper places, to handling my mother’s anxiety. She worked with the photographer and told us when/where to be for photos. She checked in on me regularly to make sure I had everything I needed and reassure me that everything was going according to plan. She executed the ceremony flawlessly, and even when we had a fire alarm in the middle of the reception, she got everyone ushered outside (including the bar!) and handled the situation with perfect poise. I would recommend Emily again and again! She really did make my wedding day the best day ever.”
“I was the groom of a wedding were Emily helped plan the day of. This review is really easy to type, as she was amazing. Emily was very responsive always setup the proper amount of meetings with us as well as our vendors to make sure we were on the same page. Emily was very efficient and very thorough. On our wedding day we had nothing to worry about. She made sure the timing was excellent and if we had any problems during the wedding I had no idea as everything was executed flawlessly. My only problem is that I wished I had paid to have her plan the entire wedding and not just the day of. Emily took a nerve racking day and made it a walk in the park with my best friend.”
